Follow the notice below, Better using your CANON NB-3L battery
- Battery Storage - If you don't use the CANON NB-3L battery for a long period, store it in a clean, dry, cool place away from heat and metal objects. The batteries will self-discharge during storage; remember stored at about 40% state-of-charge.
